Online Conduct

User Contributions

Users who post materials to this site (e.g. contests, Q & A) agree to abide by the following rules:

A user posting material represents that such material is unique to the user or used with permission of the copyright holder, and assigns to OfficeMasterChairs.net ownership of such material. OfficeMasterChairs.net has no responsibility for the content of any material posted by users, but OfficeMasterChairs.net reserves the right in its sole discretion to:

Returns Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of ship date, with reference to an assigned return authorization number and must be in saleable condition with original container and packing. All funds are refunded to your credit card and/or via check. OfficeMasterChairs.net reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

In accordance with the terms of OfficeMasterChairs.net's Privacy Policy, http://www.officemasterchairs.net/privacy.html OfficeMasterChairs.net respects the privacy of its Users.

Termination of Usage

OfficeMasterChairs.net may terminate User's access, or suspend any User's access to all or part of OfficeMasterChairs.net, without notice, for any conduct that OfficeMasterChairs.net, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a service provider, or OfficeMasterChairs.net.

Usage by Children Under 18 Years of Age

OfficeMasterChairs.net cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. OfficeMasterChairs.net must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.
