Returns Policy and Warrant Information
Warranty
The manufacture of Office Master office furniture is conducted under the highest industry standards with careful attention to detail and individual inspection for each and every unit.
All chair frames, including metal, gas cylinders, wood and plastic parts, and control handles are guaranteed against structural failure for 7 or 12 year warranties under normal commercial use and to the first purchaser. Casters and Office Master in-stock upholstery in terms have a 2-year commercial use warranty. COM/COL AND GRADED-IN FABRICS ARE NOT COVERED under Office Master warranties. Standard commercial use is defined as the proper usage for one single shift, a total of 40 hours or less per week and by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less, unless otherwise specified by Office Master. Chairs will be repaired at no cost. Customer is responsible for Shipping and handling. Please request written authorization for returning defective parts. Returned defective parts will not be accepted without prior written authorization. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or damage caused by storage, accident, fire, flood, or act of God.
Return Policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. Please refuse the shipment if there is major damage. If minor damage is found, please contact us immediately.
OfficeMasterchairs.net will be happy to accept all returns as long as the following criteria are met:
» A return authorization number (RA) must be issued in order to return a product.

» No credit will be issued for products returned without a valid RA number.
» Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
» Only products in brand new, saleable condition, or "defective on arrival" products (non-repairable) can be returned.
» Shipping charges are customers responsibility unless product was received "defective on arrival".
» There will be a 25% - 50% restocking fee on product returns as all chairs are "Special Order/Custom-made" products.
» Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging.
We understand that in some circumstances, our customers will need to return items ordered.
A "Return Manufacturer Authorization" number (RMA) must first be obtained by sending us an email to customerservice@officemasterchairs.net. The RMA number that is issued must be written on the return package, or it will not be accepted.
Once the items are received, inspected and approved, we will credit your credit card account.
Returns freight charges will be at the expense of the purchaser. Packaging and shipping any damaged products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (customer). In certain cases we may pay for the freight charges, however packaging and shipping the product back to the warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
